For all deliveries within the EU, no taxes and/or customs duties are charged.
Return and exchange policy of Snrkickz
At SNrkickz we understand that you may sometimes change your mind. That is why we offer you the possibility to return or exchange your sneakers within 14 days after receipt. Simply contact us via the contact form to start your return request.
How does it work?
As soon as we have received your return shipment, we will ensure it is processed within 7 working days. Please note: SNrkickz is not responsible for loss or damage during the shipping process, and the costs for returning and exchanging are at your own expense.
Returns within 14 days after receipt are possible for orders from:
- Netherlands
- Belgium
- Germany
- Other European countries

- Netherlands: €7.49
- Belgium: €8.95
Important return conditions
For a successful return, the sneakers must meet the following conditions:
- The sneakers are in unworn condition, without visible signs of use such as creases or dirt.
- The original shoe box is in good condition, as it arrived to you.
- All original tags and accessories (such as extra laces and labels) must still be attached to the product.
- Always pack the sneakers in an additional outer box and keep your shipping proof carefully. SNrkickz is not liable for lost return shipments.
Cancellation policy
Do you want to cancel your order? This is possible under the following conditions:
- Within 24 hours after ordering: No extra costs.
- After 24 hours: Shipping and payment costs may be charged. Because we operate internationally, we incur costs to get your package to you quickly. In addition, ordering with Klarna involves costs that we do not recover. These costs are passed on and depend on the order amount.
For refused packages upon delivery, we charge €15 for shipping and payment costs.
Return address
We ask you to contact us as soon as you want to mention a return, with name and order number. This way we know exactly which order it concerns and it will be processed within 7 days after receipt. For a complete list of terms you can visit our website.
