How does returning or exchanging work at Snrkickz?
You can easily exchange your sneakers or ordered items with us within 14 days of receipt. However, returns are at the customer's own expense.

We recommend keeping the shipping receipt carefully to be able to track the shipment properly or to prove that the return has been delivered.
After receipt of the return at our office, your return or exchange will be processed within 7 to 14 working days, as legally required.
Snrkickz is not responsible for the loss of your own shipment and therefore we do not reimburse these costs. It is very important to keep the shipping receipt for this reason.
The choice of shipping carrier is at your own discretion, but we also recommend sending the package insured and in an extra box for protection!
Shopping bags, plastic bags, etc. are NOT accepted

Return rules
Make sure the return meets the following important requirements
The sneakers are unworn.
The box is in unused and neat condition as received.
All tags must still be attached to the sneakers or item (laces, cards, attached tags, etc).
Cancellation at Snrkickz
Within 24 hours: we will not charge any fees.
After 24 hours: a €15 fee will be charged. This is because we incur shipping and payment costs for delivering the sneakers or items.
Orders already en route with the delivery service CANNOT be canceled. After receipt, the sneakers can be returned at your own expense. Please take this into account.
Packages not picked up at the pickup point will also be at your own expense for a new shipment.
