DELIVERY TIME

Standard Delivery: Shipping within 2 to 11 business days.
24-hour Delivery: Selected products with a tag are in stock and can be delivered within 1 business day. This is always indicated on the product page.


SHIPPING PARTNERS

We work with PostNL, DPD, UPS and DHL. Delivery can be to your home or to a chosen pickup point. This point can be selected during checkout.

SHIPPING WITH PROTECTION

All orders are standard insured with shipping protection. If a package is lost, the value will be reimbursed after investigation by our shipping partners.

CANCELLATION
At Snrkickz we apply a Free 24-hour Cancellation period. After this time frame, costs (€15) will be charged. This is because our team has already incurred costs ordering the sneakers.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SHIPPING

Is your package marked as delivered but you have not received it? Let us know within 5 business days. After that, the coverage of the shipping insurance expires.

Always check your address details at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses, please report this in time.

When a package is left at your door or around the house at your request by a shipping party, we are not liable for loss.

If a package is not picked up at a pickup point or returned due to an incorrect address, the remaining shipping costs are at your own expense.
