RETURNS & EXCHANGES

SNRKICKZ RETURN POLICY
At Snrkickz, you can easily return or exchange your sneakers within 14 days of receipt.

REFLECTION PERIOD
You have 14 days to reconsider from the day your order is delivered. Sneakers and shoebox must be in their original, unworn condition. Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

 

CONDITIONS

The sneakers or items must be unworn and in original condition.
The original shoebox must be undamaged and packed in an additional box.
All labels, tags, and accessories must be present.


If it was indicated in advance that items are missing, this will be taken into account in our assessment of the return. 

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be made within 14 days of receipt for a different size. Note: prices may vary by size. In that case, we will refund the difference or request an additional payment when changing the invoice.

 

RETURN REGISTRATION

  1. Register your return via the contact form or via Support@Snrkickz.com with your name and order number.

  2. You will receive the correct return address and instructions from us.

  3. Send your package back within 14 days using a traceable shipping method.

We always recommend returning the package insured, due to the possibility of loss by courier services.

 

COSTS

Return costs are at your own expense.

Netherlands from €4.49
Belgium from €7.95
Other EU countries depend on the country

If we made a mistake (e.g., wrong item, size, or similar delivered), we will reimburse the return costs.


REFUND

Within 7 working days after receipt, we will check your return. If the return meets the conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded or we will send a replacement pair free of charge within the Netherlands and Belgium.
