Worksout & Nike unveil limited Air Max 95 in Dark Green and All-Black Marble

Nando de Voer

For their very first collaboration, the South Korean sneaker boutique Worksout takes a bold approach to one of Nike’s most beloved models: the Air Max 95. After the first images of the dark green “Uniform” colorway, a completely black edition has now appeared, causing fans worldwide to go wild.

Clean lines instead of gradient panels

The classic design of the Air Max 95 is known for its wavy, gradient panels, but in the Worksout x Air Max 95 collab, these have been replaced by sharp, flowing contours. The new cut accentuates a pointier toebox and gives the silhouette a futuristic, almost aerodynamic look. Thanks to the streamlined overlays, the sneaker not only looks more modern but also sleeker in your shoe collection.

Rare textured Swoosh and marble accents

Unique to this collab is the textured Swoosh on the mid-panel: a subtle relief instead of the standard smooth logos. This touch is rarely seen on an Air Max 95, and it is applied in both colorways for continuity. In the all-black version, the marble-like overlays also stand out, giving the upper a luxurious, stone-like look without compromising on comfort.

Monochrome all-over design

The “Black” colorway takes monochrome to a new level. From the mesh and suede panels to the Air units and Nike and Worksout logos: everything is jet black. This creates a cool yet elegant look that effortlessly switches between streetwear and smart-casual. The Air Max 95 worksout black is thus a must-have for those looking for a statement without a color explosion.

Material mix for luxury and functional comfort

Besides the striking visual details, Worksout uses a varied palette of materials: breathable mesh, velvety soft suede, and refined leather alternate. The combination of textures provides a rich, luxurious touch, while the classic Nike Tuned Air cushioning in the sole delivers the familiar, responsive cushioning that makes the Air Max 95 so popular among both sneakerheads and runners.

The Worksout x Nike Air Max 95 will be released in very limited quantities during 2025.
